Photo Release

By using The Spice Website (www.thespiceyakima.com), you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions regarding the upload of any material, including but not limited to photos and videos:

1. Photo Release: By uploading any material to The Spice Website, you grant The Spice and its affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display the material on The Spice Website and its associated marketing channels.

2. Ownership and Rights: You affirm that you are the rightful owner of the uploaded material or possess the necessary rights and permissions to grant The Spice the aforementioned license for its use as specified in this agreement.

3. Removal Request: If you wish to have a photo or video removed from The Spice Website, you have two options:
a. You can remove the material yourself by accessing the appropriate settings on The Spice Website.
b. You can contact The Spice's marketing team at Marketing@thespiceyakima.com and request the removal of the material, providing details and/or reasons for the request.

4. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold The Spice, its affiliates, and representatives harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the use of the uploaded material on The Spice Website.

5. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of all 50 States in The United States Of America.

By continuing to use The Spice Website and uploading any material, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Photo Release Agreement and agree to its terms and conditions.
